The Paula Saunders Design Center allows you to create your own design combinations from the many unique styles in our database. Men and Women can build your own Custom Suits and Custom Shirts by combining different collar styles, pockets, cuffs, front finishes, etc. All of the styles are adaptable for men or women, with fit varying drastically to complement your measurements. We take pride in our ability to make all of our clients look their best. Select Custom Suits or Custom Shirts below to create your designs.

For All Clothing Types:

Chest: Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape parallel to floor around back
Waist: Waist: Measure around the waist exactly where your pant waistband fits, normally the fullest point
Hip: Hip: Measure over the largest part of your bottom with tape parallel to floor

For Shirt & Jacket Orders:

Shirt Length: Shirt Length: Measure desired shirt or jacket length from base of back neck to hem
Wrist: Wrist: Measure over wrist bone around wrist
Neck: Neck: Measure around the fullest part of neck, at the base
Upper Arm: Upper Arm: Measure around the fullest part of upper arm
CB Sleeve: Center-Back Sleeve: Measure from base of back neck to tip of shoulder down to the sleeve hem

For Pants or Skirt:

Upper Thigh: Upper Thigh: Measure around the fullest part of thigh
Pant/Skirt Length: Measure from the top of the waistband to desired hem length
U Crotch/Rise: Rise: Can measure crotch from a pair of old pants that fit well, or measure length of tape from center front waistband or belt buckle, between legs and back up to center back waistband
